Farewell!

 Hello dear viewers!

Today I am here with an ending. But this is not a goodbye, it is just my latest post about my Educational Technologies tasks. It will be a final post.

Before taking this course, I wasn't aware of how can I combine education and technology at the same time but thanks to this course I could understand the importance of technology use in education and how to use it wisely. 

Actually all these tasks are creative and useful for teaching in different parts but if I have to choose, I most liked poster, podcast and wiki tasks. Poster and wiki tasks were on subject which we choose and we it was enjoy for me to create things on what I am insterested in or I am willing to. For podcast, it was a new experience for me and I think it was enjoyable too. I didn't like Digital Storytelling much because not all people who is in the class can be in a good relation with video creating apps so it would be very hard for them to make a video and also it takes too much time and I don't think I will have that much time in my future classes.

I suggest that there could be more examples of tasks to help the students to have an idea on what they are going to do.

Finally, for those who are reading and enjoying this blog with me, I want to thank you much for being here. Hope you enjoyed by posts about Technology in education.

Something Sweet for DS task!

It's me again. Today I'm here with something different. Today we will talk about Digital storytelling. It is my Educational Technologies task actually.

I was peer with Yasemin on this task. You can go to his blog from here if you wondered. We used Movavi Editor 2020 as a tool. It wasn't easy to use but I was a little experienced on it so it wasn't that hard for me. Do I recommend it? Yes, I do but you have to do some practise to get used to it I must say.

We chose 'how to' option to create an edit. We made a souffle without using oven. Actually Yasemin did. I did narration and editing parts. It was our common problem to eat something sweet as every student doesn't have oven in their houses. So we tried to prepare an easy recipe for this problem.

I think, It was hard but entertaining. It helps students to create something fully prepared and designed by them but it is not useful for young learners as they will live problems in using such applications like we used. It takes very long time to make this project, as well. So, we may don't have that much time in our classes so it is not that much useful in our education system as there are too much academic things to do. 

I've talked too much again I think. I should leave you with our project.

My experience on Inphographics

Hello my dear viewers! 

Hey! It's me again. I am here with an ET task of mine like I always do. Today we will be diving into the inphographics' world. This time I am expected to create an inphographic on online education.

I used 'canva.com' to create an inphographic it is very easy to reach and use. It has lots of pictures and templates and they are very cute.

I may create one myself for my future students to use but I don't think I will want them to create one. As I said. I can prepare and share with my students.
