Hello my dear viewers!

Today we will talk about creating a poster based on a book as an Educational Technologies task of mine again. I chose 'Serenad'  as the book  because I did my wiki task on the same book and it could be compatible with each other. I used canva web site as a tool for creating the poster.  

I do enjoyed it while creating a poster and in the end I was very happy with what I had done. I liked what ı created very much as it was very beautiful and eye-pleasing poster. 

However, I don't want to do it in my future classes as I think we can use our time with students much more effectively.  It is a joyful activity but if I will have a limited time then I will choose much more effective subjects and tasks to do.

Together on an another work: Padlet

Hello my dear viewers!

I am here with you again for another task of mine. This week we are asked to create a KWL chart on Padlet. I will talk about my own experiences and thoughts about it.

We first created a group for this task and decided on our topic. We chose Covid-19 as a topic. We create 3 different parts  for 3 different questions. These questions were 'what we know', 'what we want to know' and 'what we learn' respectively. We supported our asnwers by adding visual aids.

It wasn't as much hard as our previous task which is creating a wiki but it wasn't that fun either. I had to do some research and it was the hardest part of the task as the other two questions answers were in my mind and I just had to think about them. But, the research part was the most boring and hardest part so I didn't enjoy while researching. 

But, Padlet made everything easier. We created a wall like we wanted to create and it helped to separate the questions and the answers of each student.

It can help students to use the internet for positive ways like researching and sharing thoughts of yours and also it helps you to read what your friends did and you get a chance to read their works
